About Park Lane
Park Lane Development was formed in 2000 by Omaha entrepreneurs Les Robbins, Terry
Mallott, and Brad Perreault for the purpose of providing senior housing and residential
real estate opportunities to Knoxville, Iowa. They have blended their individual
unique expertise’s, with the assistance of many other talented individuals, and
have transformed a corn field into a multi-purpose housing development.
The 25 acre Deerfield Subdivision is the first new residential development in Knoxville
since the 1970’s. Deerfield includes the following:
- Park Lane Village, an assisted living community
- Care Initiatives, a nursing home
- 36 single family housing lots
- Fountain View Condominium Association, a 55 years and over 22 unit condominium community
- future sites for commercial or additional residential uses
